Why TriStar Summit Medical Center:

I was initially drawn to TriStar Summit due to the wide variety of rotations offered along with the opportunity to get a teaching certificate and precept pharmacy students. I could tell in my interview that the preceptors here at Summit were invested not only in my getting a great learning experience, but also in my personal growth as a clinical pharmacist. I believe that the opportunities available to me through this program will challenge and inspire me to become a well-rounded clinical pharmacist and prepare me for the next step in my career.

Why TriStar Summit Medical Center:

TriStar Summit Medical Center’s PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency program first appealed to me based on the wide variety of rotations offered; both those in my areas of interest as well as ones I am not as familiar with. Summit’s program was one I believed would continually challenge me and offer invaluable experience working alongside excellent clinical pharmacists. In addition to clinical experience, Summit also offers the opportunity to complete a teaching certificate and precept local pharmacy students. By taking advantage of all of the unique experiences offered through Summit’s residency program, I believe I will fully be prepared for the next step in my career.
